|Recommended: YesAmazingness — Nice staff. Great open area for the kids to play. The walls are thin between apartments though. You can hear your neighbors in certain rooms.

|Recommended: YesMy opinion — The Maverick staff are absolutely wonderful to deal with. They get the maintenance orders done in a good timely manner. The office staff and maintenance are very helpful, polite and understanding.
The only thing I have seen that needs worked on is getting people to clean up after themselves and their dogs.

|Recommended: YesA Happy Home — We recently moved in so I guess I am still in honeymoon phase but I am so very happy to be here. Move in was a nightmare for me personally coming from 3 hrs away and getting here late. The staff however were so accommodating they worked with us the entire time and we were still able to move in. There is plenty of space for my husband and I plus our service animals, but my son who attends Shippensburg University moved back in with us as well. There is still more then enough room and the staff again helped make everything go smoothly. The couple things that needed repair from move in we done in a timely and friendly manner. Plus when there is noise, one part of the house may hear it but not the other. I am just so happy to be here.

|Recommended: YesMaverick Apartments — Overall, the buildings and layout of the apartments are what made me want to live here. I like the more modern design. Parking here is not the greatest and guests have to pay 1 everyday they park here.
