Which application type should you choose?
If you are a student and have a Guarantor, choose, "
Student - I will have a guarantor".
What is a guarantor?
- A guarantor is someone who will be financially responsible to your lease agreement. Typically, a parent or guardian.
- The guarantor must reside in the United States and have a social security number.
If you are a student and will not have a guarantor, choose "
Student - I will NOT have a guarantor". This option covers the following:
- Applicants who will be financially responsible for their own lease and provide income information.
- Applicants who do not have a guarantor and do not financially qualify on their own but can pay for their entire lease upfront.
If you are not a student, choose "
Residential - Non-student". This option covers the following:
- Applicants who will be financially responsible for their own lease and provide income information.
- Applicants who do not financially qualify on their own but can provide a qualifying guarantor or pay for their entire lease upfront.
